Respecting Human Rights in the NHS \ E-Learning

Applied services
The brief
Training all staff within the NHS is a huge challenge and e-learning was identified as the ideal medium for delivering the training. The requirement was to provide a 45 minute course covering human rights issues in the organisation using a simple, consistent format in short topics that could be easily understood by staff from any background.
The solution
The solution needed to appeal to busy staff, many of whom time plays a very important factor in thier day-to-day job.
The course was developed with a bookmarking feature allowing the user to re-visit and contine the course learning at anytime. The design used a simple layout and catered for different learning styles through the use of a variety of learning mediums – traditional e-learning presentation screens; drag and drop activities; multiple choice quizes; and user interaction, voice-over's were synchronised with all screens.
